We stand behind the quality of our handmade press-on nails. To ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant shopping experience, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and unaltered items.

To qualify for return:

• Nails must be 100% brand new, not worn, no glue applied

• Original packaging, trays, and all accessories must be complete

• No trimming, filing, modification, or damage caused by buyers

2. Non-Returnable Items (Important)

For hygiene reasons and product characteristics, the following situations cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items that have been opened, worn, or applied with glue/adhesive tabs

• Nails that have been trimmed, filed, altered, or damaged by personal operation

• Custom handmade nails, personalized styles, and final sale items

• Minor color difference caused by lighting or display screens（normal）

3. Defective & Damaged Items

If you receive broken, defective, wrong item, or missing accessories, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

We require:

• Clear photos or short videos of the problem

• Order number

We offer free replacement or full refund for confirmed quality issues. No return shipping fee required for defective products.

4. Customer Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply do not like the style, color, or size:

• Items must meet the “unused & unopened” condition

• Return shipping fee is paid by the customer

• Original shipping cost is non-refundable

• A small restocking fee may apply for excessive returns

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned package:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

• Funds will be returned to your original payment method
