Thank you for shopping at Della Nail! Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All press on nails are handmade to order. Orders will be processed within 1-3business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. When a large number of orders are generated, the delivery speed will be slower than before.We will send you a notification once your package is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and most European countries.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 10–18 business days
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–12 business days Delivery time is for reference only and may be delayed due to customs clearance, local postal issues, weather or peak shopping seasons.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or brokerage fees charged by your country upon arrival. We do not cover these charges. Customs inspections may cause unexpected delays, which are out of our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If your package is returned to us due to wrong address, the reshipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

Package Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package via the link provided. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If the package shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office/neighbors first and contact us within 14 days of delivery status.
For damaged items or missing pieces, please send clear photos of the package and broken nails within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. We will review your case and offer solutions.
